Simulates the annual load of an ultra-low energy consumption building by DeST software. Establishes a numerical model of ground-source heat pump system with horizontal ground heat exchangers, and studies its operation characteristics and adaptability. Compares and analyses the economic and environmental benefits of horizontal and vertical systems, monetizes the environmental benefits and evaluates their comprehensive performance. The results show that the occupied area and system efficiency of horizontal system can meet the requirements of ultra-low energy consumption buildings. Although its environmental benefit is worse than that of the vertical system, the economic and comprehensive benefits of the horizontal system are better than those of the vertical system. The ground-source heat pump system with horizontal ground heat exchangers is an excellent energy supply system when it is applied to individual ultra-low energy consumption building.
